Firstly, go to the relevant application section you want to add the new use case in. You can add a new tool in two ways:
Using the New button
Clicking the bottom row with “+ New” written on it at the table.

You can use Control + F or simply use the 🔍 button on the top right corner of the database on the content page, such as “Human Resources”. You can also use the 🔍 Search button on top of the main pages, such as “Application”.

Once you click one of these new buttons, you will see the empty default template. Please fill in the tool’s name, the subtag, the use cases of the tool, and the official link of the tool. The subtag of the content gives cues to readers on what the sub-area use cases are related to.

You do not need to fill in the use case’s page here. If you want to support the use cases with more resources, feel free to use the Resources properties to add documents, links, and images.
A tool might have multiple use cases within one application section, such as “Marketing”. Please insert all use cases in one role for that tool and use subtags to guide readers.
If the tool has multiple uses in different application sections such as “Sales” and “Marketing” add it as a new raw on each application section’s page with relevant use cases. The Chat GPT example shown above is an example of this as well:
Since this is an open-source hub, all pages are unlocked and accessible. Therefore, please do not lock any database or pages; this would prevent contributors from adding new content, and our intention is transparency and collaboration.
If you want to experiment with filters, please do not save your filters for everyone.
If you want to view the content in a different layout, please do not edit the current view. You can create a new applications view and experiment. Check how to create a new applications view here. </aside>
🎉Voila, you added a new use case. Knowledge is best when shared! 🎉
No worries! Simply use Control + Z or go to 🕘View All Updates button on the top right corner of the page. If you realize the mistake after a while, please do not restore an earlier version from 🕘View All Updates section as this might erase other contributions made by contributors after the time mistake was made.
