You can add a new session/example in two ways:
Using the New button
Clicking the bottom row with “+ New” written on it at the table.
<aside> <img src="/icons/megaphone_lightgray.svg" alt="/icons/megaphone_lightgray.svg" width="40px" /> Before using any of these methods, please check the table to see if the tool is already written on that section’s table. You can use Control + F or simply use the 🔍 button on the top right corner of the database on the content page, such as “Sourcing Application.” You can also use the 🔍 Search button on top of the main pages, such as “Practical Sessions.”

Once you click one of these new buttons, you will see the empty default template. Please fill in the example’s name, the category (the use cases), its official link, and the relevant Knowledge tag if not filled in automatically. The tags give cues to readers on what the sub-area examples/sessions are related to.

You do not need to fill in your example page here. If you want to support it with more resources, feel free to add documents, links, and images to the page of your practice session example.
A practice session might have multiple categories. Please insert all in one row and use subtags to guide readers.
If the tool has multiple uses in different sections, such as “Candidate Engagement” and “Referrals,” add it as a new row on each section’s page with relevant use cases and mention the existing page in the other section or carefully place the Knowledge tags:
Since this is an open-source hub, all pages are unlocked and accessible. Therefore, please do not lock any database or pages; this would prevent contributors from adding new content, and our intention is transparency and collaboration.
If you want to experiment with filters, please do not save your filters for everyone.
Make sure to choose the Categories or Knowledge tags that belong to that page.
If you want to view the content in a different layout, please do not edit the current view. You can create a new table view and experiment. Check how to create a new table view here. </aside>
🎉Voila, you added a new practical session/example. Knowledge is best when shared! 🎉
No worries! Simply use Control + Z or go to 🕘View All Updates button on the top right corner of the page. If you realize the mistake after a while, please do not restore an earlier version from 🕘View All Updates section as this might erase other contributions made by contributors after the time mistake was made.
