How can I add a new prompt?

Firstly, go to the content section relevant to the content you want to add. You can add new content inside Prompts in two ways:

  1. Using the New button

  1. Clicking the bottom row with “+ New“ written on it at the table.

You can use Control + F or simply use the 🔍 button on the top right corner of the database on the prompt section page, such as “Talent Acquisition”. You can also use the 🔍 Search button on top of the main pages such as “Prompts”.

Once you click one of these new buttons, the “The Objective of Prompt” template will pop up. Please fill out the page following the instructions written on the template about the new prompt.

  1. If you do not want to add information to the page and just insert a link about the prompt, please delete the “The Objective of Prompt” template you see on the page. You can follow the template and still want to support the prompt with extra sources. For this, feel free to use the Resources properties to add documents, links, or images.
  2. As seen above, the content type as a prompt, and the category automatically appears in the new template. This is because we use filters. Therefore, if you want to experiment with filters, please do not save the filters for everyone if you change the primary ones.
  3. If you want to view the content in a different layout, please do not edit the current view. You can create a new applications view and experiment. Check how to create a new applications view below.
  4. Since this is an open-source hub, all pages are unlocked and accessible. Therefore, please do not lock any database or pages; this would prevent contributors from adding new content, and our intention is transparency and collaboration. </aside>
