Recruitment processes with more than one stakeholder is greatly improved by creating clarity in complex workflows. By introducing RACI Matrices, everyone has complete clarity of handover points, who is responsible for what, and how the next steps look for any given process.

When operational tasks are spread across multiple people without clarity on responsibility, there is a lack of accountability leading to delays in the hiring process and decision making leading to suboptimal delivery of the TA function.

The RACI Matrix is a Tool that Increases Clarity

R = Who is responsible A = Who is accountable C = Who needs to be consulted I = Who needs to be informed

If RACI Matrices are implemented across all recruitments or at least the recurring ones, the effect is a reduction of communication-related issues and increased clarity on who does what and when.

Clear handover points make it easy to track where each and every process is at and allow for a reduction in several KPIs such as time to hire and cost per hire.
